4. Employment category:

Whether the position, salary and tax payment meet the requirements

Whether the residence time in the past 4 years meets the requirements

Whether they have stable income and residence

5. Foreign Chinese doctoral degree:

Foreign Chinese with doctoral degrees and working in China may apply for permanent residence in China to the Exit-Entry Administration of the public security organs, and their foreign spouses and minor children may accompany them.
