1.Native level English or European near native English speakers.
2.over 2 years IELTS Teaching
3.with online teaching materials/cirriculum
4.experienced with test design and help students achieve goal in a certain period.
Natives it will be ranging $10-15 per hour for non natives $3-8 per hour or mostly 7rmb for 20 mins
Job responsbility:
* Creating and presenting lessons that are congruent with students' educational needs.
* Improving learning by planned instruction
* Diagnosing learning needs
* Prescribing content delivery through class activities
* Encouraging participation within online classes to promote the consolidation of learning content.
* Establishing relationships with students to ensure that they disclose cognitive and psychosocial difficulties that may impede their academic progress.
* Assessing learning
* Reporting outcomes to administrators, parents and guardians
* Monitoring and reporting on students' progress.
